How will my order be shipped?
Cycle Solutions offers a full range of shipping services through UPS, USPS, and other domestic/international air carriers. We offer a wide variety of delivery options from overnight to ground delivery. Contact Us for special services, availability, pricing and/or scheduling. When orders are not Drop Shipped, All shipments will come from Glenwood, MD, USA.

How will the charge appear on my statement?
All credit card orders with Cycle Solutions will be charged under our corporate name: Nossco, Inc. This is what you will see on your credit card statement.
Will I be charged Sales Tax?
All MARYLAND residents are required to pay 6% state sales tax. Non-Maryland residents will NOT have to pay sales tax.
Return Policy Items shipped according to ordering instructions will not be exchanged / returned for any reason unless damage is reported at delivery. At that time a UPS or USPS claim will need to be filed and it may take up to 10 days to process the claim. Items that were installed in any manner are not returnable. Problems with my Order
Sometimes our best efforts are not enough and your package is damaged or you receive an incorrect item. The following procedures if followed, will allow us to solve your problem in a timely fashion.
1. SAVE ALL PACKING MATERIALS!!! This is very important particularly if your item is damaged. UPS or USPS will need to come inspect the package.
2. Please email the specifics of your problem to customer service. You will need to include your name, address, phone number, best time to call, items ordered and the nature of the problems. If we shipped you the wrong item then we will cover all shipping return costs. In most cases you will receive a call in 24-48 hours. Our ultimate goal is your satisfaction!!

We and our dealers attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we DO NOT WARRANT that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

This web site takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the web site, your information is protected both online and offline. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry -- SSL. No sensitive information is ever transmitted in plain text.
Websites use SSL Certificates to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. GoDaddy has checked and verified CycleSolutions' registration, authorization and control of the domain name CycleSolutions.net.
This information is included in the SSL certificate issued. This enables you to check the site's validity yourself. Always check a site's certificate before entering any sensitive information. We use Mal's E-commerce Limited shopping cart and secure servers (thawte SSL) to process transactions via PayPal.com (Verisign SSL).
While on a secure page, such as our order form, three things happen. One, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just surfing. Two, in the address bar, the "http" becomes "https." And three, the favicon area to the immediate left of the address bar becomes blue and when hovered over or clicked, reveals the SSL verification information.
