Stone Veneer for Kitchen Back Splash

Installed the 1 inch thick Stone Veneer panels as a back splash in the kitchen. Used Cement board screwed to the wall studs for support of the heavy stone. Then used Thinset for stone applications to secure to the cement board. It really looks great, especially with the under cabinet kitchen lights highlighting the stone work. I have completed the rest of the kitchen and it is a huge improvement. It makes the kitchen feel more homey.
