RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from this site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
We and our dealers attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we DO NOT WARRANT that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
With respect to items sold by us, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:
* In the event of a Pricing Error, we reserve the right to cancel the order. The customer will notified of the pricing error. This is an addendum to the details in the previous "PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS" section concerning accuracy of product descriptions.
* If an item's "correct" price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
* If an item's "correct" price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by us and/or our dealers. Most items sold by us are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
Items purchased through our store affiliations are not the responsibility of Cycle Solutions. Any order, product, or return question must be directed to the store from which it was purchased.
All calls for service or repairs should be referred directly to the manufacturer. Our website has manufacturers links on the product page. If you are having difficulty locating or contacting the manufacturer please contact us for assistance.

We proudly stand behind the excellent products and accessories we are offering you. Should the product be defective please email us so that we may issue you a return authorization code. We will gladly offer a return/replace authorization for any defective product within 14 days of delivery.
These terms are presented to the customer at the time of shopping cart checkout and the customer is bound to these terms.
All non-defective product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned within 14 days upon receipt of item.
RETURNS FOR IN STORE CREDIT ONLY!
- Once an order is placed, it goes out to the fulfillment center for shipping and we cannot stop it.
- This applies to back orders and drop ships.
- No returns for any products after 14 days upon receipt of item.
- No Returns or exchanges for Installed items!
- Items must be unopened, in the original packaging to qualify for return!
- Returned items must have a Return Authorization Code clearly printed on the box.
- We do not accept returns on electrical items.
- Items that you or your mechanic have installed cannot be returned.
- Cycle Solutions must be notified within 3 days of receipt of shipment, and prior to installation, of any discrepancies (i.e., incomplete or incorrect order) or damage in your order.
We do not reimburse for shipping charges on returns or exchanges.
We reserve the right to refuse any item for any reason. We inspect each item thoroughly for scratches, chips, dents gouges, flaws, etc. to ensure a flawless finish when packaged. Report any damage or discrepancy to Cycle Solutions by phone within 3 days of receipt.
The following steps must be followed for all acceptable returns.
Step 1. Contact Customer Support to explain the reason for wanting to return the item.
Step 2. If the reason for the return is acceptable, we will issue you a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA) Number.
Step 3. Fill out the Merchandise Return Form located by clicking on the following link:

Step 4. Include a copy of the Merchandise Returns Form, your sales receipt in the return package.
Step 5. Ship the Return to the address on the Merchandise Returns Form. Insure the package.
Please do NOT return any product that you have ordered without prior contact. Many products ship direct from the manufacturer or one of their access warehouses and often need to be returned to the same warehouse. These warehouses will refuse deliveries that are not properly marked and documented with issued Return Authorization Code numbers. This will make processing your credit very difficult and may delay your credit.
Please mail your package to the address on the Merchandise Returns Form. Do not return to sender. Your return package shall be labeled with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) number written on the outside of the box where it is clearly visible to the receiving department. If your package is shipped uninsured, we are not responsible for loss or damage of your item, and in such case, may not be held liable for a refund on the item. Insurance protects both the buyer AND seller! We are not responsible for any shipping costs.
All returned/exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original unbroken packaging and not damaged, or missing parts. .
The issuance of a .Return Authorization Number. does not automatically assure that a credit will be issued. Items not meeting above requirements will be returned to the customer at their expense and no exchange or refund will be issued.
Once item is received, a confirmation of receipt of item and issue of In-Store credit, less 20% restocking charge, if applicable, will be emailed to you. RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be issued before any returns or exchanges can be made. We will not accept any returns without this number. Please write this number clearly on the outside of the returning package. All returns must be received by Cycle Solutions within 14 days from date of shipment. The Return Authorization Number does not imply a replacement or refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A photo copy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return along with a written explanation and a contact phone number where we may be able to reach you. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of size and application of the parts before installation. All approved refunds will be issued as an In-store Account Credit. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all authorized returns. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items or custom order items will be allowed. In order for a returned item to be accepted, the returned item must be in its original condition (no damage) and returned in it's original packaging. Product must be in new condition. No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, mounted, scratched, or defaced will be allowed. Items that receive Free Shipping and are returned will be subject to the original shipping costs. So be sure you know what you are purchasing.
