Hands and arms get cut up as you reach inside the rear hatch to get at the last hardware to remove. Clean and lube (BALLITSOL Cleaner LUBER) the latch cables and mechanisms to when the new part is installed, the door will close like new. I lube the support pistons, hinges, and use a cable luber to lube the hatch cable. I hope this helps someone else. If you are a do-it-yourself, you can do this repair yourself.
